Four days of two-a-day training sessions in sunny Costa del Sol Spain at Costa del Sol Fight and Fitness, the BJJ home to Roger Gracie black-belt instructor Pablo Cabo.

The camp will begins the 31st of August and will finish the 3rd of September.

There will be tow sessions a day one at 12:00 and 19:30.
